Refund policy

At Roylo Globe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us at Inquiries@royloglobe.com within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
  • Opened or used Mylar bags or oxygen absorbers cannot be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons.
  • Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no additional cost.

Process

  1. Email your order number and issue details to Inquiries@royloglobe.com
  2. We’ll review your request and provide a return label (if applicable).
  3. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
