Refund policy
At Roylo Globe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us at Inquiries@royloglobe.com within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
- Opened or used Mylar bags or oxygen absorbers cannot be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons.
- Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no additional cost.
Process
- Email your order number and issue details to Inquiries@royloglobe.com
- We’ll review your request and provide a return label (if applicable).
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
